Blog 2 The Best Concer Ever

 


Hi everyone! Today I'm going to talk about my favorite concert that I went to. It was an Evanescence concert in 2017 at the Movistar Arena. Evanescence is an American alternative metal band, winner of 2 Grammys Awards. The most famous songs are "Bring me to life" and "My Immortal". Her singer is Amy Lee. The atmosphere in the event was pretty dark, with punk people or metal style. There was also a lot of anxiety because it was the first concert in Chile since 2012. In the concert I felt very happy, because I had never had the opportunity to see my favorite group, and the songs brought back memories of my childhood. Since they were 10 years old they were my favorite band, so it was a very exciting time.

I went with my sister and the uncomfortable thing was that we are both not of the "dark style" and we were the only ones who were not dressed in black. I was wearing a purple shirt and white pants and my sister was wearing a red dress with heels.

They looked at us a lot, I guess it was because we weren't the stereotype of people who listen to that kind of music.

    I know only the 2 famous songs that you wrote, but I think they have a lot of better songs that these!

    I have definitely listened to their songs but I had never heard from the band, I think this is very interesting, I love meeting new artists. Also I loved the anecdote.

    evanescense is a very good band, I met their music with the songs you mentioned, I'm glad you enjoyed the concert even though you weren't dressed properly for the occasion 😂

    I love the voice of Amy Lee, I think that was an gorgeus concert. I guess that was so unconfortable that everybody were looking you. jajajaja

  Hi! Today im going to talk about time travel to the future.   Hi! Today I’m going to talk about one of my favorite movies, The Hunger Games. Panem is a country with an authoritarian government. It is divided into 12 districts that give their resources to the Capitol. 74 years ago, districts rebelled but failed. As punishment, every year 1 boy and a girl from each district are sent to an arena until only one remains. This event is called The Hunger Games . Katniss is a girl from district 12, and she has 16 years old. She lives with her sister and her mother. Katniss volunteers instead of her sister to go to the Games. District 12 has only had 1 female winner in all of history, but Katniss is determined to change that at any cost.
