Hi everyone! Today I’m going to talk about mental health and its importance.

Day after day there are many people who suffer some discomfort that it can be physical, mental or social. The lifestyle has made the rhythm of our lives focused to make money. For this reason we suffer anxiety, depression, stress, etc. Not being well has normalized due to the life that we ​​have and this is not well. Rates of depression are increasingly alarming and the same happens with suicides. Mass production is costing us our sanity and nobody cares because the important thing is the money.

Mental health affects every aspect of life, relationships, physical health, job performance, etc.

If we take only the aspect of relationships, we could avoid deaths caused by the couple, bullying, depression, murders, reduce crime, improve the quality of life of the person and those close to him. 

Mental health is so important that being in poor mental health can cause biological and physical consequences and actually whatever problem one has, if you have a biological or physical problem, for example, the recovery will be slower without a good mental health
